The Grim Hotel, once a grand building, now sits abandoned and in decay, but this will soon change. Like many other early twentieth century hotels along the Bankhead Highway the Grim is being renovated.
The restored Perot Theatre is located at 3rd and Main St, in downtown Texarkana, Texas. This city owned theatre built in 1924is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Open to visitors and free of charge be sure to bring a tripod for photos.
